We're looking for a Level 3-qualified Beauty Therapist (facials only) confident treating male and female clients . You'll deliver exceptional treatments, create a welcoming client experience, and support our high standards on every shift.

What You'll Do
Perform professional facial treatments to brand protocols
Welcome clients, conduct thorough consultations, and recommend tailored aftercare
Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, hygiene standards, and stock levels
Confidently retail suitable products to support client results (training provided)
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and therapist team to ensure smooth operations
Uphold five-star service standards with exemplary punctuality and professionalism
What You'll Bring
NVQ/VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum) - competent across all core treatments, not just massage (required)
Ability to treat male and female clients
Strong, friendly communication; able to converse confidently with clients
A caring, people-first approach and genuine passion for beauty & wellness
Team player who takes initiative and can handle 8-10 hour shifts
Able to commute to central London
Nice to have (not essential): 1+ year in a similar role; experience in a five-star environment; track record of retailing to clients
