Overview:
We are seeking 2 Full Time or 2 Part Time Beautician/Beauty Therapist(s) for our brand new eco spa located within the Avalon Marshes. We will be providing high-quality beauty/spa services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills, driven and motivated. Being able to work as a valuable team member is of the upmost importance. We are looking for varying levels of experience from college leavers to those with years of experience within the industry. Rates of pay will vary depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including, manicures, pedicures, and facials, waxing, massage, spa treatments, Gel Nails.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and treatments, sales of beauty products commission and target based.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service

Training will be provided on all treatments and products.

Experience:
- All levels of experience required
- Proficiency in customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication with clients

Our Bridgwater Branch is a multi award winning town spa. With our new team we want to accomplish this level of achievement. We will provide in-house and outside training to grow and enhance you and your career .

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
