The Role:

As a

Level 3 Beauty Therapist

, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of professional treatments to our clients while ensuring a high standard of customer care. You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare treatments & niche treatments such as brow lamination, lash lift and much more Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure clients receive a first-class experience. Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the front of house & treatment areas. Stay up to date with industry trends and new treatments. Work as part of a team to support business goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). Minimum [1] years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in massage, facials, waxing and nail treatments. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Passion for beauty and wellness with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Knowledge of professional skincare brands (e.g., Dermalogica) is an advantage but not essential as full training can be given
