We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team here at Riverside Beauty. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of beauty therapy skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering various beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in the latest beauty trends and techniques will be essential in enhancing our clients' overall experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality beauty treatments, including waxing, massage, facial treatments, eyelash extensions/lifts/tints, eyebrow shaping and tinting, nails (gel and polish) and makeup application. Maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries both over the phone and via email. Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Experience

Must hold a valid NVQ for beauty or massage therapy Previous experience in spa/salon setting is a plus. Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Fluent English Reception/admin and booking software experience is favorable A passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends, techniques, and products. Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
