We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The therapist should be calm, skilled and have initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' appearance and confidence through expert beauty treatments. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including: Japanese-inspired Head Spa treatments Relaxation & therapeutic scalp, neck, shoulder & facial massage Luxury bespoke facials ICOONE lymphatic drainage massage (training provided)
You must be able to provide:

Client consultations with a strong focus on wellbeing, scalp health & skin results Exceptional customer care from start to finish Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout each service Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences using notes on our booking system Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client results and business growth Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organisation's standards at all times

Experience

Proven experience in delivering beauty therapy treatments such as facials, and massage. Blow drying is desired but not mandatory as we can teach this. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs Previous experience working in a salon or spa environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific treatments as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
