Charisma Regent are are a wellness and skin health business rooted in a natural, holistic approach to beauty. Our treatments go beyond surface-level results - we focus on harmony, lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, skin health, and whole-body wellbeing.

We are now looking for a qualified, experienced Part-Time Beauty / Holistic Therapist to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, skin health, and working intuitively with clients - someone who values education, personal growth, and being part of a purpose-led business.

We specialise in wellness-led treatments including lymphatic drainage, advanced facials, skin health therapies, nervous system regulation treatments, and holistic consultations. Our work blends modern skin science with natural, energetic, and intuitive approaches - supporting clients from the inside out.

We are also a training academy, meaning education, progressive learning, and professional development are at the heart of what we do.

The Role

As a Part-Time Beauty / Holistic Therapist, you will:

Deliver high-quality wellness and skin health treatments Work with clients in a personalised, intuitive, and consultative way Support lymphatic drainage, facial, and holistic therapies - full training provided Maintain exceptional client care and treatment standards Uphold the ethos and values of our wellness-focused business Contribute to a calm, professional, and nurturing treatment environment
Requirements

Fully qualified Beauty / Holistic Therapist

Proven experience in a similar role Strong interest in wellness, lymphatic drainage, and skin health A genuine passion for holistic and natural approaches to beauty Professional, warm, and client-focused manner Willingness to learn, grow, and expand skillsets Ability to work intuitively and collaboratively Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
