As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments and services to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.

Duties

Perform various beauty treatments including nails, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, guest services, and retail sales. Utilize salon software for efficient client management. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell services to enhance client experiences. Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients. Provide expert advice to clients.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in various beauty techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail sales strategies to promote products effectively. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes. Previous experience in a salon setting is preferred but not required. Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
