Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Handle client bookings and manage appointments efficiently. Promote products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to beauty treatments.
