The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional skills in guest services and hospitality. This role requires an individual who can manage their time effectively while providing high-quality beauty services to our clients. A flair for social media management is also desirable to help promote our services and engage with our clientele.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massage & laser.

Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with all services provided.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and equipment.

Assist in promoting services through social media platforms to enhance client engagement and attract new customers.

Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating a friendly and professional environment for guests.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.

Strong skills in facials, deep tissue massage, laser treatment. Must still obtain mininum NVQ L3.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Experience in guest services and hospitality is preferred.

Familiarity with social media management to promote beauty services is an advantage.

A valid beautician qualification or certification is required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
