outstanding Beauty / Aesthetic Therapist

to become a core part of our journey.

The Role

You will be a

key practitioner

delivering advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, including;

RF Microneedling Skin tightening and rejuvenation Pigmentation and vascular treatments Advanced facial technology protocols
This is a

revenue-share position

, designed for therapists who want autonomy, strong earnings, and the chance to grow alongside the business

Who We're Looking For

This role is

not

for someone looking to "fill hours".

We are looking for a therapist who:

Has

proven hands-on experience

in advanced facials and aesthetic treatments Has worked with

facial electronics, skin technology, and laser/IPL systems

Understands skin physiology and treatment planning Is

obsessively client-focused

and results-driven Takes pride in consultation, education, and aftercare Has a

genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness

Ideal Background

NVQ Level 3+ in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Advanced facial and skin treatment experience Experience with laser/IPL/RF devices strongly preferred Confident communicator with a warm, professional presence
