Advanced Beauty Therapist

Job Role:


As an Advanced Beauty Therapist, you will perform both hands-on and non-surgical treatments tailored to each client's unique needs. Our ideal candidate will be confident and skilled in treating a wide range of skin conditions, including hyperpigmentation, rosacea, melasma, acne, scarring, aging, and skin laxity.

You will deliver honest consultation advice and luxury treatments that leave clients feeling cared for, confident, and inspired. Our clinic values synergy and teamwork, and we are looking for someone ready to contribute their skills and passion to help grow our brand.

We do not accept any practitioner/ beauty therapist performing any injectable treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox & etc.



Key Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent); additional advanced qualifications are highly desirable Proven expertise in dealing with various skin conditions and performing advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, RF rejuvenation therapies, facial massage and bespoke skincare regimens such as skinceuticals & medical grade skincare. In-depth knowledge of skincare brands, product ingredients, applications, and the ability to guide clients in post-treatment skincare routines Outstanding communication skills with exemplary technical English (written and spoken) Confidence in promoting treatments and products while achieving revenue targets Punctual, organised, and capable of managing a busy schedule

Must be available to work weekends


Main responsibilities:

Deliver Advanced Facial and Skin Treatments

Perform a range of non-invasive skin therapies, including HydraFacial, DermaPen microneedling, medical-grade peels, LED light therapy, and RF device, ensuring results-driven outcomes aligned with client skin goals.

Provide Skin & Wellness Treatments


Carry out all in house treatments including front house roles & skin treatments such as radiofrequency skin tightening and other high-end wellness treatments with precision, maintaining the clinic's reputation for excellence.

Client Consultations and Personalised Treatment Planning


Conduct detailed skin assessments and consultations to create bespoke treatment plans, educating clients on the benefits and expected results of procedures such as dermaplaning, oxygen facials, and skin rejuvenation.Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and adherence to clinical protocols in every treatment room, using sterilized equipment and professional-grade products in line with House of Saab policies.Stay up-to-date with the clinic's product lines and services, confidently advising clients on post-treatment care and retail products (e.g. ZO Skin Health, IS Clinical).
