Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of beauty treatments, including Laser Hair Removal (LHR), Skin rejuvenation, Body contouring treatments, Hair restoration, Chemical peels, Microneedling, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy and other non-surgical advanced skincare procedures Provide expert aftercare advice and tailor skincare product recommendations to individual client needs Educate clients on treatment benefits and ongoing skincare maintenance Operate and maintain treatment equipment in line with health & safety regulations Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Provide professional advice on skincare and beauty products tailored to individual client requirements. Keep the treatment area clean and presentable at all times Build lasting client relationships with a friendly, professional, and consultative approach Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends and techniques through continuous learning Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold clinic standards

Requirements

NVQ Level 4 in Laser & IPL treatments (essential)*
Minimum

2 years

hands-on experience in Laser Hair Removal Strong understanding of different skin types, contraindications, and safety procedures Well-groomed, well-spoken, and confident in client communication Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends

Experience with Candela laser systems

is a bonus

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
