Overview

We're looking for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team! This role will begin as part-time, with the potential to progress into a full-time position depending on performance.

What we're looking for:

Skilled in brow lamination, lash lifts, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and nails (extensions not required)

Confident in delivering facials and massages

Threading experience is a bonus

Any additional skills not listed are always welcome!

Responsibilities include:

Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massage, waxing (Hot and warm), and body treatments o the highest standard, always aiming to exceed client expectations. confident in Brow Lamination and lash lift. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalised consultations and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice to clients. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Willing to work across two locations in future (starting at Seven Sisters Branch, N15) Helping us maintain our five-star client reviews through excellent service Performing stock counts and keeping treatments running smoothly Being flexible with hours - sometimes starting a little earlier or finishing a little later on busy days.

Skills

Proficient in lash lifts, brow lamination application techniques, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Fluency in English is essential to facilitate clear communication with clients and colleagues. A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a desire to continually learn and improve within the industry.
