We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty products and services, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Beauty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences by providing expert advice, demonstrating products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate and promote beauty products effectively to encourage sales and upselling opportunities. Maintain an organised display of products, ensuring that all items are well-stocked and visually appealing. Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the beauty space. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills

Strong upselling abilities to maximise sales opportunities. Proficiency in English and Russian is a must or other multilingual skills is advantageous for effective communication with diverse clientele. NVQ level 3 Previous experience working on Endospheres therapy, LPG Endermologie, Lasers and other beauty equipment is essential. Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory and product displays efficiently. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide them with tailored advice.

Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
