Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality beauty treatments while creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.

This is a part-time position, 1-2 days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional shifts may be available for holiday cover. Freelance preferred, but contract applications are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of beauty treatments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and inviting workspace, supporting the overall upkeep of the salon. Connect with clients to understand their individual needs, delivering personalised and friendly service. Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer care and attention to detail. Promote salon services and products in a natural, client-focused way to maximise engagement and support sales.

Requirements:

NVQ / VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Proficient in English 1+ years previous salon experience is preferred Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to developing your skills through ongoing training
