Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments, including facials, massages, lashes and nails Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer clients the best services possible. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations. Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning and developing skills.
