Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty treatments and services, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beautician, you will have the opportunity to enhance clients' natural beauty through various treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Duties

Deliver professional and quality treatments to our clients; including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, shellac, waxing, tinting, LVL, brow lamination, tanning, facials and more. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficient in a minimum of NVQ2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients and understand their needs. A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a willingness to learn new techniques. Relevant qualifications or certifications in NVQ3 beauty therapy are preferred but not essential. We are happy to support professional development through an NVQ3+ apprenticeship, get in touch to discuss.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
