- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties such as booking appointments and handling payments
- Utilise social media platforms to showcase work and attract new clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with expertise in various treatments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and
-must have level 2 qualification. Must have 1year experience in beauty therapist
