Role:

We are looking for a confident

Beauty Therapist with a nails background

or a

Nails Technician with a beauty background

who is passionate about their craft and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will be experienced in waxing, including

female Hollywood waxing.

Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of beauty and nail treatments to a high standard. Perform waxing treatments confidently, including Hollywood wax. Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the treatment area and entire clinic premises. Upsell treatments and products where appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement. Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician. Confident in all types of beauty/nails treatments, waxing, including female Hollywood waxing. Ability to work with both male and female clients for all other treatment except Hollywood waxing. Professional, friendly, and confident approach. Available to work full-time, 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM (5days) or part time, 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM (3 days). Available to work weekends Qualified with both Level 2 & 3 in beauty therapy / nails qualifications

Skills

Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
