As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments and services, ensuring that clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Consult with clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best service possible. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication. Promote products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. A minimum qualification in beauty therapy NVQ Level 3
