Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified

Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapist

with a minimum of

1 year salon experience

. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering a range of beauty treatments, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a genuine passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard
(e.g., facials, waxing, manicure/pedicure, massage, lash/brow treatments depending on level)

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised treatment advice Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment Build and maintain strong client relationships Upsell treatments and retail products when appropriate Work effectively as part of a team and support salon operations

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Minimum

1 year salon experience

Strong technical skills and confidence in treatment delivery Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required
