Overview

We are seeking two skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team. We have a need for therapists who are experienced and skilled in waxing, nail/pedicure/gel treatments, lash enhancements, including lash lift and tinting. We are particularly interested in finding at least one staff member with a qualification in eyelash extensions and a drive to build the lash clientele over time, and with support if confidence growth is needed. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your expertise in beauty therapy and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience. The salon offers an opportunity to grow your skills in beauty therapy if a bit of time is needed, but a commitment to the salon and providing excellent customer service is required. Responsibilities

Deliver a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth appointment process. Promote additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Proven qualification of an NVQ level 2 and 3 in Beauty therpay Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development. Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
