We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and services to our diverse range of clients, ensuring everyone feels welcome.

You will be working on all genders, all gender identities and all skin tones and bodies.

Your expertise in hair removal, namely waxing, laser and electrolysis and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of beauty treatments, especially waxing, laser, and electrolysis. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalised service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth appointment process. Promote additional services and products that align with client needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or hair removal specialist essential. Proficiency in waxing techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from all backgrounds. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for the inclusion and a desire to continuously learn and develop personally and professionally. Relevant qualifications or certifications in waxing or beauty therapy are mandatory. Laser and electrolysis may be offered as training. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.75-19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
