We're now growing our team and are looking for a Beauty Therapist who shares our values and wants to be part of something special.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering a range of high-standard beauty treatments while building strong client relationships and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the salon. Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, you'll receive the support and training you need to thrive and will be encouraged to grow your skills, confidence, and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional beauty treatments (brows, lashes, facials, waxing, nails, etc.) to the Azalea standard Build and maintain excellent client relationships with high levels of rebooking and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in your work area Upsell additional services and retail products in a genuine, results-driven way Support salon operations, including team tasks, social media content creation, and promotions Attend training sessions and regular reviews to continue personal and professional development Contribute positively to a friendly, focused team culture

We are Looking For

Fully qualified in Beauty Therapy (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) A passion for the industry, with a genuine desire to grow and succeed Friendly, reliable, and client-focused with high attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Comfortable working to targets and KPIs (with support provided to reach them) Experience in Lash Lifts, Eyelash Extensions and BIAB is a bonus--but not essential
