Position:

We are looking for passionate and professional level 2-3 qualified Beauty Therapist to join our team. Level 4 qualifications are welcome bonus. this is a great opportunity for someone who is results-driven, eager to grow their skills in advanced treatments, and committed to delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver all beauty treatments in line with the high standards of Beautique Provide exceptional client care and customer service Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, waxing (including intimate waxing), LVL, pedicures, and more Ensure the proper use of salon equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness Motivate clients to rebook and up-sell our products based on thorough consultations Greet clients upon arrival, take bookings, and advise clients on treatments and products for their specific needs Develop and maintain a loyal client base Use your own initiative and work well within a team Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines Confident working independently and managing your own treatment schedule when needed
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2-3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential; Training in CACI, Crystal Clear would be an advantage
Skills and Experience:

High levels of client care Excellent communication skills Passion for skin care and beauty Smart and professional appearance Previous experience working in a salon/spa environment is preferred Knowledge of CACI, Skin Storm products, and treatments is a bonus but not essential
