Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare advice and product recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in makeup application techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are desirable. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
