Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a

Beauty Therapist

. This is a dual-role position that combines hands-on treatment with operational leadership. The ideal candidate is confident, well-organised, and passionate about beauty therapy, with a proactive attitude towards managing daily salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of salon treatments to a high professional standard, ensuring client satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day salon operations including appointment scheduling and staff coordination.

Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory to ensure treatment readiness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing salon culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

certified and experienced in beauty therapy and salon treatments.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of current beauty trends and industry best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
