The Role:

Beauty and skin therapist

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a high customer care skills.

Experience required:

Candidate to have a minimum of 5 years salon experience. NVQ level 3.

Must be competent in gel nails and waxing.

Training in Dermaquest , HD Brows, hydrafacial , Lycon intimate waxing , skin pen or LVL would be an advantage.

PRIMARY GOALS:

To provide 5 Star Customer and Treatment Service.

To gain personal trust from clients to encourage repeat business and 100% retention.

To maximise opportunities to drive sales and achieve personal targets.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

Lead by example at all times. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your Manager and your colleagues Perform all treatments to A high standards, ensuring client comfort is maximised. Go above and beyond in all areas of customer service, going to the extra mile and providing a VIP treatment to each client Keep to treatment times Achieve targets by efficient use of sales skills, excellent service and product knowledge. Work efficiently and economically Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation

Performing Treatments

Perform treatments that are highly efficient, using the correct technique, ensuring client comfort is considered at all times. Follow the treatment protocols for all treatments.

Excellent communicator Enjoys working as part of a team Extremely organised Likes to anticipate customer and team needs Positive and can do attitude NVQ 3 or Equivalent a must

Salary: to be discussed depending on qualifications & experience
