Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate part time Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Expertise in holistic treatments, eyelash extensions, laser hair removal will be a benefit. A mixture of evenings and weekend shifts will be required with part time hours.

Duties

Provide professional beauty services. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, offering tailored advice and recommendations. Maintain a clean and organised workspace. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Assist in promoting beauty, hair & yoga products and services within the salon to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. NVQ Level 2 & 3 required or equivalent Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for helping clients feel their best. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
