Head Therapist & Trainer
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our dynamic company, providing hands-on training, support, and leadership in the use of our advanced aesthetic devices.
As the
Head Therapist & Trainer
, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the successful demonstration, training, and support of Zemits products. Your expertise will be key to the success of our client relationships and the ongoing development of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
:
Live Demonstrations & Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of Zemits devices and protocols, showcasing their benefits and proper usage to prospective clients.
Treatment Room Oversight
Manage and maintain the treatment/demo room to ensure all equipment is operational, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Aftersales Training & Scheduling
Organize and lead aftersales training sessions for clients, both hands-on and virtually. Ensure training is delivered on time by managing the training calendar effectively.Provide expert guidance and ongoing support to clients via virtual Q&A sessions and product inquiries, helping them achieve optimal results with Zemits equipment.Partner with the marketing team to create content for social media, email campaigns, and the website. Help develop and update treatment protocols, tutorial videos, and promotional materials.Represent Zemits at industry trade shows, conferences, and events. Perform live demos, engage with potential customers, and provide support throughout the event.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine treatment protocols, ensuring they are aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Monthly KPI Bonus
awarded upon achieving departmental KPIs, including:
Delivery of aftersales training
Contribution to marketing content and protocols
Positive client feedback and reviews
Support of sales demos and virtual Q&As
KPI criteria will be reviewed quarterly for clarity and fairness.
Working Hours
: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to demonstrate and teach effectively.

: Enthusiasm for the aesthetics industry, with a keen interest in advanced skincare and treatment protocols.

: Ability to collaborate across departments to achieve company goals.
