Duties

Perform various beauty treatments, including lashes, waxing, manicures and pedicures. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored beauty solutions. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and products are sanitised and stored correctly. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments and aftercare instructions clearly. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A relevant beauty therapy qualification or certification is desirable. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning new skills.
