We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused

Beauty Therapist & Coordinator

to join

The French Pharmacy

. This is a key role combining hands-on treatments with the coordination and development of our therapy rooms.

As part of our team, you will deliver exceptional treatments, oversee the smooth running of the therapy rooms, and support the growth of this part of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Treatments

Provide 5-star customer service with thorough consultations, treatments, and aftercare. Champion a seamless client journey from booking to rebooking. Deliver treatments according to protocols and brand training. Follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Therapy Room Coordination

Manage daily operations of the treatment rooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene, presentation, and stock. Support commercial growth by suggesting improvements in layout, pricing, and services. Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure availability of products and equipment.

Team & Freelance Management

Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of freelance practitioners. Maintain agreements, schedules, and compliance with The French Pharmacy standards. Oversee systems and SOPs to ensure smooth operation of the rooms.

CRM & Events

Maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant client records. Use CRM insights to drive re-engagement and retention. Support in planning and delivering in-store events and promotions.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in beauty therapy. Exceptional client consultation and care skills. Proven organisational ability with experience coordinating teams or contractors. High level of commercial awareness and growth mindset. Confident using booking systems and CRM tools. Excellent communication, both written and spoken. Calm, professional, and client-focused approach.

Fluent French is essential.
