Are you passionate about enhancing the well-being of others through beauty and self-care? Queens View Harbour Care Home in Troon is looking for a compassionate and skilled Beauty Therapist / Nail Therapist to bring joy and confidence to our residents through pampering and relaxation.
The Role:
As our Beauty Therapist / Nail Therapist, you will:
Provide professional beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, massage and basic skincare services.
Create a warm and relaxing environment to make residents feel at ease.
Adapt treatments to suit the individual needs of elderly clients, focusing on their comfort and safety.
Build positive relationships with residents, promoting confidence and self-esteem.
Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure equipment is clean and safe to use.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Beauty Therapist with experience in manicures and pedicures (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable).
A patient, kind, and empathetic approach to working with elderly clients.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport.
A passion for making others feel valued and cared for.
Previous experience working in a care setting is an advantage but not essential.
