Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ideally you will be experienced in providing various beauty treatments, including lash and brow treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, facials and preferably electrolysis. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients will be essential in understanding their needs and delivering personalised services.

Working hours will be Monday and Tuesday 9-7 Wednesday and Thursday 9-2, Saturday 9-5.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including waxing, intimate waxing, lash and brow treatments, including lash extensions and lifting, manicures and pedicures including CND shellac application, facials and massage using Elemis products (training is provided with Elemis) . Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. Recommend products and services that meet clients' needs. Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.

Experience

Proven experience in the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Level 3 Beauty Therapy is required. Additional qualifications in specific treatments an advantage, further training opportunties available.
