Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and services, with a focus on providing exceptional customer care.

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing (face/not body), lash lifts, brow lamination and body massage. Microneedling & Dermaplaning would be a bonus Provide personalised consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and well-stocked. Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns effectively. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best services possible. Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Be able to commute to Walton on Thames, please note nearest train station is 20 minutes away (walking), might be easier if you drive.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. STRONG communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (We need our therapist to be able to communicate well with our clients, please DO NOT apply if you feel that you might not meet this requirement! A Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but NOT essential.
