As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing various beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, and waxing tailored to individual client needs. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering personalised recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and stored. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice. Assist in promoting products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of various beauty products. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not essential.
