We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments, including facial treatments, eyelash & eyebrow treatments and Nail services. This role requires excellent communication skills and customer service skills, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing front desk operations and promoting our services through social media.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients. Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services. Assist in social media management to promote the salon's offerings and engage with our community. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide high-quality services.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience in customer service is preferred, ensuring clients feel valued and welcomed. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. A valid beauty therapy qualification, ideally up to level 3.
