Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of beauty and wellness skills, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service acumen, and the ability to manage various beauty treatments in a professional setting.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Builder gel / acrylics/shellac nail treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Manage front desk operations including appointment bookings, retail sales of beauty products, and product demos. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals. Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed. A passion for the beauty industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
