We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Part of the role also includes reception duties , you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and also PA duties.
Responsibilities
Perform various beauty treatments including facials, makeup application, manicures, and pedicures.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice to clients.
Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Be competent using booking systems and computer literate
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in makeup application techniques and other beauty treatments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
A valid qualification or certification in beauty therapy level 2
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
