Location: Hayes Campus
Salary: xc2xa319,473 to xc2xa327,156 (Actual salary for 21.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Hours: 21.6 hours per week, worked over 4 days (specific days/times to be agreed)
Contract: Part Time, 52 weeks per year

About the Role - Beauty Therapy Lecturer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our team at Hayes Campus. You will deliver high-quality teaching across a variety of programmes, including City and Guilds Levels 2, 3, and 4, as well as commercial and evening short courses. Our facilities include an industry-standard beauty salon, providing an excellent environment for practical learning.
Key Responsibilities - Beauty Therapy Lecturer

• Teach and assess full-time and part-time Beauty Therapy courses, including advanced techniques such as Advanced Epilation, Hair Reduction using IPL, and Skin Rejuvenation using LASER systems
• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and support students to achieve their potential
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of programmes
• Participate in student recruitment, induction, progress reviews, and support activities
• Maintain up-to-date resources and ensure compliance with quality standards

Candidate Requirements - Beauty Therapy Lecturer

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
• Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the Further Education sector
• At least 3 years' professional experience in the Beauty industry
• Experience in teaching, training, or assessing within the Beauty sector
• Qualified and experienced to teach and assess Level 3 Advanced Epilation
• Level 4 qualifications in Hair Reduction (Intense Pulsed Light Systems) and Skin Rejuvenation (LASER Systems)
