We are an approved VTCT Centre looking for a passionate and inspiring Beauty Therapy Lecturer/Tutor to deliver Level 2 and 3 qualifications at our academy in Palmers Green

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated lecturer/assessor with strong teaching skills and a genuine passion for developing future beauty professionals. The role involves lesson delivery, student assessment, and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching in Beauty Therapy (Level 2/3, including massage). Create lesson plans, qualification handouts, and other teaching materials. Develop assessments and track learner progress. Mentor and support students throughout their training. Engage in continuous professional development.
Key Requirements

Assessor (CAVA/A1) and Teaching (AET/CET) qualifications are essential. Level 3 Beauty Therapy (including massage). Experience in teaching/assessing with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and IT skills. Positive and professional approach with a genuine passion for education.
What We Offer

Part-time/Freelance role, 6-15 hours per week. Competitive pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour (depending on experience). Ongoing training and support within a VTCT-approved academy.
