Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments, facials, massage, manicure, pedicure, waxing/threading Maintain a welcoming front desk environment, assisting clients with bookings and inquiries. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for during their visit. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and boost revenue. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised workspace. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all treatments provided.

Skills

Proven experience in management within a beauty or hospitality setting is advantageous. Proficiency in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with the community. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client interaction. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
