We are looking for either a part time or full time Beauty Therapist to join us across our London sites, in particular central London, Croydon and Wembley.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality beauty treatments in line with industry standards, including Level 3 and 4 treatments.

Perform laser hair removal treatments, ensuring all procedures follow safety guidelines and client protocols.

Carry out skin assessments and recommend tailored skincare treatments and products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, treatments, and technology to provide the best experience for clients.

Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained in line with health and safety regulations.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, confident, and satisfied with their treatment.

Manage appointments, maintain client records, and handle payments efficiently.

Promote and sell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to salon revenue.

Work as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 or 4 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.

Laser hair removal certification (essential).

Proven experience in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Passionate about providing high-quality treatments and client care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional and well-presented.
