At Sporty Scholars; we provide a fun and vibrant Breakfast and Afterschool for children aged Reception to 12 years old. In our multi activity care club you will lead sessions such as sport and creative activities to keep the children engaged.

We are looking for a Care Club Manager and Sport & Activity Leaders to run the care club during term time. Opportunities for extra hours in school holidays is available

:

Providing refreshments and ensuring that hygiene, health and safety standards are met. Work with all staff to provide care, play opportunities and activities, both indoors and outdoors, at every session, in a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, with regard to the individual development needs of the children Administering first aid when necessary. Developing and maintaining good communication with all members of the club, with schools, and especially with parents. Undertaking appropriate and relevant training. Liaise with the school with regard to the needs of the children who attend the club Communicate with parents/carers in a positive, sensitive and constructive manner, encouraging parental support and involvement Monitoring and maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment. Working within the framework of the club's policies and procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Qualifications

Childcare: 2 year+ (Preferred)
Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Term Time 7:15am-8.50am and 3.00pm -6.00pm 22.5 hours a week Optional Extra Hours during School Holidays 40-45 hours a week

The role is subjected to an enhanced DBS check.
