Jacqueline's Gems Childcare Services is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join our fantastic team in Bexley. We currently have an exciting opportunity for:

Before & After School Assistant

Hours:

Monday to Friday (Term Time)
7:00am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pm

Qualifications:

Experience in childcare or an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of care for all children attending Breakfast Club, After School Club, and potentially Holiday Club. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children, encouraging them to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities. Communicate in a professional and positive manner with children, parents/carers, colleagues, and school staff at all times. Uphold Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both children and staff. Develop a thorough understanding of relevant guidelines and national standards for Out of School Care, including food safety, handling, and organisational policies and procedures.
