We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated School Program Staff to support educational activities within our organisation. The role involves engaging with children, facilitating learning programmes, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, experience working with children, and excellent communication abilities. Duties
Organise and supervise educational activities and programmes for children in a school setting
Support children's learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities
Assist with the planning and delivery of curriculum content aligned with early childhood education standards
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
Manage behaviour effectively, promoting positive discipline strategies
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and programme updates
Lead small groups of children during activities, ensuring individual needs are met
Maintain organisation of educational materials and resources
Support the organisation of outings or trips that enhance learning experiences
Collaborate with team members to develop new programme ideas and improve existing activities
Skills
Proven management and leadership capabilities within educational or childcare settings
Experience working with children, ideally within nursery or early childhood education environments
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Childcare qualifications or nursery experience are highly desirable
Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple activities efficiently
Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also taking initiative when required
Valid driving licence is advantageous for organising outings or transporting materials
