We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated School Program Staff to join our organisation. This role involves supporting educational programmes designed for children, fostering a positive learning environment, and assisting with programme delivery. Duties
Assist in planning and delivering engaging educational activities tailored for children of various ages.
Supervise children during programme sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Support the organisation of programme materials, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Foster a nurturing environment that promotes learning, creativity, and social development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to provide updates and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and programme progress.
Support the organisation of special events or outings related to the programme when required.
Uphold health and safety standards in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Skills
Proven management and leadership abilities within educational or childcare settings.
Experience working with children, including childcare or nursery experience.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage children creatively while maintaining discipline and order.
Organisation skills to manage programme resources efficiently.
Driving licence is desirable for transporting materials or participating in outings.
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in child development and education. This role provides an enriching environment for those passionate about supporting children's growth through organised programmes while developing their own skills in management, childcare, and education.
