Job Description

This role is community based support to enable adults become more independent and over come social insolation. Car driver and DBS is essential. This role can involve using wheelchairs and mobility aids . This is not a domicilary role . All candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm in challenging circumstances. Emotional resilience and a non judgemental approach is a must. This service supports adults 18 plus with complex health needs who are socially isolated . Experience of over 1 year in mental health and disability will only be considered .This role involves driving a fuel fee will be paid whilst supporting clients . Daytime hours only no nights or weekends .
