Join Our Team as a Behaviour Learning Coach



Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and flourish in school life? We're looking for a dedicated, calm, and empathetic Learning Coach for Behaviour to join our vibrant academy, supporting students who face behavioural, emotional, or social challenges.

This is a powerful opportunity to make a real difference--helping students re?engage with learning, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. You'll work closely with our Pastoal, Senior Leadership Team and classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions that transform student behaviour and wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing:



Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills Implementing behaviour intervention strategies that promote engagement, resilience, and self?management Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to ensure consistent behaviour expectations across the academy Providing calm, supportive supervision during social times such as lunch and break Encouraging restorative approaches to help students resolve conflict and rebuild relationships Acting as a positive role model who champions respect, responsibility, and kindness

What We're Looking For:



A patient, compassionate, and resilient individual with a genuine commitment to supporting young people Strong communication and relationship?building skills with students, families, and staff Understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour (desirable but not essential) Willingness to undertake CPD and specialist training in behaviour support and pastoral care A team player who contributes positively to school culture and ethos

Role Details:



Salary: 11,629 per annum Term-time only: 19.5 hours/week, 3 days Working hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Permanent contract Local Government Pension Scheme
