We are now seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to support the day-to-day in-class academic engagement and personal wellbeing of specified SEN students as directed by the Senior Pastoral and Alternate Provision Leader, ensuring that these hard-to-reach learners are guided, as appropriate and that their progress in class is regularly monitored and reviewed.





You will track, support and monitor your allocated students for a period of time and successfully re-engage them with classroom learning, understanding their behaviour triggers and identifying support strategies to help them work effectively in the mainstream classroom.

What are we looking for?




A good standard of education including English and Maths.

A good knowledge of SEN needs, challenges and effective support strategies

Experience of successfully working with young people (of a relevant age) and securing positive outcomes

Experience of working in an educational environment.
